Hello and welcome to the Muscle Morph Coach website.


My name is Erynn J Easterbrook and I started Muscle Morph Coach with one goal in mind and that is to help as many people as possible reach their fitness goal in the most efficient and effective way possible.

I use my proven expertise and knowledge, acquired over the past 12 years to put in place a structured plan of action. I am very hands on and determined to get my clients the best results.

I have trained myself using a multiple of different training methods and have tried most dieting methods out their over the years. I have done extensive research into both training methods and diet/nutrition/supplementation. I have seen first hand what works and what does not work. From all this experience, completing my level 3/4 in fitness and studying at ‘The Institute of Fitness Behaviour Change’, I have certain methods that I stick by. These have been tried and tested by myself and many clients which have got amazing results in a short period of time.

I am aware that it is not a one size fits all approach. It is essential to work closely with all clients to make something very specific using tried methods to get amazing results.


I now have a program called ‘MORPH’ which has been designed to help people lose a significant about of weight over 12 weeks, without giving up foods they love or having to join a gym. This is done in a way that educates my clients and empowers them. After the 12 weeks is completed; they fully understand how they got to where they are and have the confidence to continue on their journey or maintain.



Muscle Morph Coach’s mission is to help people succeed in reaching their fitness goals; whether this is fat loss, getting shredded, muscle gain, strength target or you have a particular body look you are trying to achieve.

Muscle Morph Coach has already helped many people reach their goals and has many more currently on their way to SUCCESS!

My passion is to help others transform through my workout and meal plans. Getting in shape and getting healthy can give you a lot of self-confidence.  Fitness improves not only your body and physique, but also your life. No matter your goal, I’m here to help!
