"What motivated me to start a program was that I recently had knee surgery and found that I was putting so much of my time into work, family and friends that I had been ignoring my health and wellbeing. Over the years, I tried to go gym solo and have completed so many get fit in 6-week challenges and eventually ended up back at square one! “I’ve been training for years in the gym but was struck down by a stroke that left my left side paralysed, thus resulting in loss of muscle mass, and loss of an active lifestyle.
